Jackson’s historic black business district that has suffered from flight and decay in recent decades.
Johnny T's is on the corner of Dr. Jessie Mosley Drive, named after the founder of The Negro in Mississippi Historical Society.
John Tierre is the owner of Johnny T’s, an upscale bar and bistro on Farish Street in the site of a historic black nightclub.
